Eligible new Complynx clients will receive one (1) FREE Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) for a single residential property when they instruct Complynx to arrange additional property compliance services.

This offer is designed for landlords, letting agents and property managers looking for a single, fully managed compliance partner.

This promotion is available to:

• New Complynx customers only 
• UK residential properties 
• Landlords 
• Letting Agents 
• Property Management Companies 

Existing Complynx clients are not eligible unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To qualify for the free CP12 certificate, Complynx must be instructed to arrange one or more additional compliance services for the same property or portfolio.

Examples include:

• Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) 
• Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) 
• Fire Risk Assessment 
• Legionella Risk Assessment 
• Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarm Compliance 
• Other property compliance services offered by Complynx 

The free certificate cannot be claimed as a standalone service.

The free Gas Safety Certificate is subject to successful property access.

Where access cannot be gained, or additional attendance is required due to missed appointments or tenant no-shows, additional charges may apply in accordance with Complynx's standard rates.

Clients remain responsible for assisting with arranging access where required.

The inspection will be carried out by a suitably qualified and Gas Safe registered engineer appointed by Complynx.

If remedial works are required following the inspection, these are not included within this promotion and will be quoted separately.

To help support our growing business, clients agree to leave an honest review after the qualifying services have been completed.

Reviews may be left on:

• Google 
• Trustpilot 

• Maximum of one free CP12 certificate per client. 
• Maximum of one property per promotion. 
• The offer cannot be combined with any other promotion unless agreed by Complynx. 

The offer:

• has no cash value; 
• cannot be exchanged for credit or refunds; 
• cannot be transferred to another client or property. 

This promotion is available for a limited time only.

Complynx reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

The offer is currently available for properties located within Complynx's operating areas.

Additional travel charges may apply for properties outside our standard service region.

All inspections are subject to engineer availability and reasonable booking times.

Whilst every effort will be made to arrange inspections promptly, Complynx cannot guarantee appointment dates where factors outside our control apply.

This promotion covers the cost of the inspection and certification only.

Complynx accepts no responsibility for:

• existing defects; 
• failed appliances; 
• remedial works identified during the inspection; 
• delays caused by tenant access or third parties.
